Thoughts on these two tweed 19s?

What size is your reissue? I love this tweed combo and hoping it was produced for the mini reissues. I did see it in person on the 19 and I thought it was beautiful, but the understated look of the reissue is more my style these days. Thank you!

When the 19 was first released, I bought the navy tweed, but it immediately had serious fraying problems, so it went back for repair (took three weeks), and then frayed immediately again. All this happened within the return window and without even taking it out of the house or using it at all. So it had to be returned, unfortunately.
But I LOVED the navy tweed, and when this one was released, it was like the original, only better. My incredible SA told me that the new tweed on these bags is much more tightly woven, so they‘ll be no fraying. The navy one is so textured and nubby and the color is beautifully understated. I like the black/gold one, too, but it looks a little “polka dotty” to me when viewed at any distance.
But, of course, like most Chanel bags, they’re both gorgeous. I love the navy one so much. It reminds me of a gorgeous nubby sweater!
I think my original photos weren’t exactly accurate. I just noticed that the beautiful navy color isn’t really showing through in those photos. Here are a couple more... One is a closeup to show you the incredible texture of the tweed, and the other is a modeling shot (my sister modeled for me!)...

Update on wear and tear of the navy tweed 19 bag - it’s amazing! No pulls or frays. Not even pilling after quite a few outings. So much better than the first navy tweed iteration from late last year. LOVE this bag!
