Those of you who own the Perlee single row diamond bracelet

Yes, it surprises me what is and is not comfortable on me. The serpenti is a very specific look that I'm not always in the mood for. The single row is most me. And I think that is something you would know when you see it. So for you comfort is key. If it's not comfortable you just won't wear it. The bangle of course is not as carefree as the 5 motif, but I can also see myself really liking it when I am in my 60s and above when eyesight and fine motor skills become more of an issue.

HAHA yes!! If you put it this way, my 60 yr old me will be thinking, i shld have bitten the bullet and gotten the single perlee bangle then and there.. LOL. I was also thinking i may like it more when i am more.. mature! But i then worry what if by then, i prefer Yg for some reason.

The thing that bugs me abt the YG bangle is that the clasp is WG not YG. It bugs the hell outta ocd me

I totally get that - sometimes i wonder if there is something wrong with me.. i dont feel that spark when i wear non branded pieces, or there is just something about VCA pieces that are so special and makes me so happy to wear them. Is it their marketing? Is it my brain ? Lol. I think its my heart...


Are ceramic watches all the same? Not for me.. rado and dior makes ceramic watches but Chanel J12 just gets me.. i feel wonderful wearing my J12s and i only need 1 white and 1 black one and i am at watch peace. My psyche is so.. perculiar even to myself. Ok, its just preferences lol

It really is. Each of our preferences stem from some social influence but more our personal experiences and histories, our habits, lifestyle and character. That’s why when people ask what they should get, I can never give a straight answer. Everyone’s flowchart is different. I’m heavily influenced by what I saw my mom and grandma wear.

I had a virtual appointment with a SA who told me the single row diamond Perlee bracelet was being discontinued. I asked her how she knew and she said “I just haven’t seen one in almost a year.”

Has anyone heard anything about this piece being discontinued? I would have just assumed they took a time out as the new Perlee pieces were being stocked…

I got hints that some of the old perlee pieces including the perles d'or and the single row are being shelved to make way for the newer ones.

Per my SA (located NYC 5th) a few weeks ago - not discontinued, but on the can't-order list and no hint of it coming off that list. Same for the three row diamond - I've been hoping for one of those in my size and colour for nearly two years now

I heard also from 2 different SA this sentence « I think they shall discontinue this piece » for Perlée d’Or bangle and 1 single row Diamond Perlee bangle. But since they said this to me in June, I could buy 2 Perlée d’Or bangle (YG and RG a few days ago) : so it isn’t finished yet but these pieces have more scarcity than others …

I tried to buy/order the single row RG a few weeks back to complete a stack and was told that it had not been seen in over a year and it can't be ordered. I asked if it was discontinued because I was willing to wait for it, but was told unlikely that it would come back and they would not accept a deposit--which says it all IMO. My SA did a search and found only one available in the US -- WG in size large.

I ended up looking at a few bracelets and LOVED the new diamond/perlee! It is pricier than the single row but is very weighty and has a lot of presence both stacked and alone. The diamonds are larger than on the other perlee pieces so has a lot of BLING to it!
