No, they don't do exchanges, you just have to return it and then place a new order! That's going to rack up my credit card bill with THREE bears on it now. I'm glad I waited to return the Aubergine one so now I can return both at the same time. Sigh.
The red is actually quite nice. If only red and aubergine were left, I'd choose red.

Alright, anyone know where to send complaints? This is getting ridiculous. So they had sent to the wrong bear and UPS was supposed to come to pick up the return between 9-12 and didn't come until 1pm! Then I had to go to the UPS store to pick up the blue bear and when I opened it the security tag was not attached (it was next to the bear) and the clip doesn't line up properly! This whole thing has been a nightmare.
What the ?!?!?!? That is unbelievable!!! And totally inexcusable. Have you tried calling CS? I've only ordered from Burberry a handful of times and have never had an issue, so sorry you're experiencing this! I would definitely try calling and explain everything that's gone on, if they have decent customer service they would send you out a new one without charging you again...if they didn't offer that to me I'd demand to speak to a supervisor and see if that gets you anywhere. On a more positive note, did you at least like the blue?
I've fallen in love with these bears, but all the colours I want are sold out, apart from one camel piece. My first choice would have been the stone one, but I don't know if I should get the camel one instead...
