Ah, I wonder if that is why I am so drawn to the Miu Miu - even overriding my MJ loyalty!

I am a MJ fan, and know nothing about Miu Miu….I like the Miu Miu. It has a classic shape but it's still unique. Just going by looks, not how functional they might be for you. I don't really like the Miu Miu logo vs the more subtle MJ logo but that's just my personal preference.

I feel exactly the same way. I don't care for the obvious logo but love the rest of the bag.

However for me, I like the Marc Jacobs, however, it may be a little to "fancy" depending on your lifestyle, and only good for an occasional bag. But I love it way more than the Miu Miu. However, if you have more of a casual lifestyle [student versus professional, etc.] the Miu Miu may fit you better.

I am older and do quite a bit of dressing up.
I just can't decide. Love them both.

Not a fan of the miu miu at all. I don't like the strap on it, nor the gold color miu miu name on the bag. My eyes get immediately drawn to it. Also don't like miu miu's take on quilted leather. It's been done better by both Chanel and MJ.
The shape of the bag is also bleh. Come to think of it, there's just nothing I like about the miu miu.
If I saw someone using the Marc Jacobs though, I would definitely give it a second look. That's how I know I like it.
Only thing is, it looks heavy. Heavy bags are a deal breaker for me.

But it really depends on the quality IRL. Is the MJ patent? I would skip it if it were patent, or if the pulls were too shiny. I just love the style in the pic.
It's really all about personal preference.

The Marc Jacobs hands down for me. In the fall, Coach had a bag that looks almost identical to the Miu Miu so considering the money difference ..... I don't mean a thing negative about Coach because one of my favorite bags is my Tatum tooled tote but the bags are too close looking to me.
