If you can wait, I would honestly wait until your pregnancy weight decreases and until your weight stabilizes.
The JUC ring (thin or regular size) is a tricky ring to size correctly. Because it does not lay flat or flush to the skin completely around your finger, it may not be the usual size you go for when you buy a normal shaped ring.
I have the thin version (I chose it because I have small hands with short fingers) and I eventually had to size down because the slight gap created by the ring made it too loose on my finger. How did I figure out? When I went home, I did the shake test and the ring flew off my finger!
Gave me a bit of a heart attack haha.
Congratulations on being a new mom! And early congratz to your soon-to-be new JUC ring! I love mine and enjoy wearing it often.
On a side note, not that I'm a mom or anything like that, but the JUC ring may have a tendency to catch on soft things like knits. So as a busy mom, since you need to be very hands on, you may find the ring to be a bit in the way. Just something to think about.
