Funny, I got a call this morning about my black legacy shoulder bag and it got fixed too! My zipper pull came apart and they fixed it. I wonder how long until I get it back....

You are very lucky!,last month I sent in my mothers Embossed monogram wallet in black (It was from the winter-fall,it was avaible in black & white,it had hte C's ebossed in). It broke after a month (it had a slight rip were the checkbook is placed,they cant fix it!,they are just going to send it back to me with a 40% card for my next bag purchase.
