I love this bag. I went to the mall yesterday for a return and checked it out a second time and tried it on. I really want the saddle color that’s available in Europe I’m hoping that it will come out in the US in the next batch of colors. I really like the white but I would ruin it so fast so that’s out. I don’t want black because I have plenty of black bags. The color blocking isn’t really my style either. I feel like red would be really popular color wise to, I could see a burgundy for fall.

I agree with all of this 100%. Waiting for saddle to come. If not maybe black or beechwood. I think it would look amazing in a true red.

I have had my black Cassie for a couple weeks now and love it. I really want a saddle brown version now. I was able to get a 30% discount on mine (special coupon I received from an SA a couple months ago for a problem), but am willing to pay full price for saddle brown

I can’t wait to have a Cassie! I’d love it in a deep green with brass hardware. Or a deeper brown than the 1941 Saddle, mahogany.

DH is in Europe right now and I'm tempted to have him buy me a Saddle color. But the price is €395 against $350 if I ask my friend in the US to buy the black one for me. This is tough!

View attachment 4468674 This is my Cassie at work, I paired it with a Rebecca Minkoff strap (from my mini M.A.C., the hardware is a little more shiny than the Cassie‘s but I don’t mind). Loving it so far, have been traveling with it this weekend so let’s see how it serves as a travel bag.
I wish there was a nice red one, or that the nude one came in all leather (and not with the velvet part), but I am hopeful more colors and prints will be available in the future

I have been lusting over a black PM for the longest time, but never pulled the trigger mainly due to all the quality issues going on (even though they are mostly limited to the monogram version). However, I've been loving my Cassie so much that I will totally go for a red PM in case Coach does not listen to our prayers for a red Cassie.
I saw one comparison between the PM and the Cassie on youtube I believe, but maybe you could share your thoughts after having used the Cassie for a while? I would be very interested!

So nice that you have both a PM and a Cassie. I like the PM, too, but I have always been on the fence - just because I could not decide on the color. I want brown but I didn't want another monogram. Also it limits me from taking it to work. So Cassie in saddle is really the perfect choice for me! If you don't mind, please show photos of the PM and the Cassie side by side. Thanks!

Just something to consider-- the Court bag (vintage Coach) is pretty similar, and you can often get a great price on ebay and other resellers. It is a little different, but not much, and the leather on the Court bag is amazing (esp if you get one that was made in US, Costa Rica, and there might be some made in Italy). It is the nice, thick, older Coach leather. And for the person looking for a red, there are red Court bags out there! Picture below (not my picture)
