There is something about Cassie...

I am having bad luck with customizing lately. Black Cassie with pins and rivets doesn't match my order pic. Only 4 tiny rivets, none of which are tiny stars are on the bag vs 7. Previous bags have always matched my order pics and have 7-8 rivets added. Now I am really thinking they didn't add any rivets to my siggy Cassie since my account shows Cassie and pin shipped but rivets still processing.

If it doesn't match your order pic and you don't want to keep it I would push for a refund. If it is almost the order pic, just missing the stars I would see if CS can offer an option where you could just send back and they would add what's missing or hook you up with a store that can add the stars. If the tan doesn't arrive as pictured I would ask to return both, call a store and work over the phone with their staff. They would customize in store and then mail to you. My SA always provides UPS labels to ship to and from her store if I want to customize something remotely. She sends me pics of different options and I provide feedback until I see what I want. The Vegas store does this too so it must be a service that is pretty common. I'm sorry you are having such bad luck, buying new bags should be fun not stressful!

Thanks to all who posted the Kip! I just ordered the natural color one. I can't wait to see it!

Since the pandemic started I've been on WFH so I have mainly been using and buying crossbody bags so this one will fit right in! :flowers:
I've been wfh and using and buying crossbodies too! I saw the Kip at the store and loved it - I'm sure you will too. Just couldn't buy it because I have too many similar styles lol.

I use it on all of my light colored bags. I spray a generous layer, wait for it to dry & spray again. The leather will look darker when wet, particularly those areas that got a big drop of the spray but in my case, it's never impacted the leather color. Never hurts to do a test though, like on the strap & always in a well ventilated area. Hope that helps!
I did the Apple Garde spray on both pink and chalk color bags. They turned out great. The spray dried quickly and did not affect the color of leather. Thanks.
