I got the colorblock Cassie 19 at Dillard's today for $88. I couldn't pass it up
All the bags I've ordered online have come fully wrapped. I can't say 100%, but I don't think they use stores to fulfill orders like some companies do, although that doesn't mean they don't ship out items that others have returned to their warehouse.
They don't allow returns on the permanently reduced items because, similar to the stores, once the item has reached the maximum discount and doesn't sell it is moved out of the store and sent to Dillard's Clearance Centers.
Hi there! So I really want the Cassie, it's just such a gorgeous classic piece. Thing is I want the tan color which isn't available in Asia, where I live, or almost anywhere. So choices are chalk or pollen, leaning more toward chalk. Just wanted to ask those who own it in chalk if you've had any problems with color transfer, etc or if it's all good?
My mom finally was going to get the Pollen but now it’s sold out. I told her to keep an eye on it popping back up. I love my Aurora so much. I want an all black one.

I hope your mom is able to get a Pollen one, always a good chance of it popping back up.So I was searching to see if I could find a deal on the taupe for this weekend and discovered the taupe 19. I’m not really a fan of Coach’s monogram but the taupe and chalk 19s are gorgeous. I want both along with the regular taupe but I’ve purchased way to many bags this year and will probaly settle for the taupe 19. I hope they’re on sale by Thanksgiving or Christmas. It seems like the neutral ones don’t go on sale much.
Are you talking about a taupe leather in 19 or the signature canvas in Sand Taupe?
That is signature canvas in Sand Taupe. I just wanted to clarify since I didn't understand what you meant when you said 19 in taupe. I thought you meant taupe leather and not the canvas.
