I purchased my first WOC before Christmas :smile: I had an issue with the chain (was twisted didn't want to do by myself - leather might be demage) and they could fix it quickly :smile:
Mine is made in Italy, the bottom and the sides are not stiff rather soft but otherwise the caviar seems to be stiff. Quilts are puffy, caviar is shiny but not so shiny like the seasonal colors (comparison below with burgundy small wallet 21B)
Is it usual that the sides and the bottom are soft? Is thrre any news regarding a next price increase?

Hi all,

I have this very strong urge to buy another Chanel and think WOC might be it…if I were to get one, would you recommend getting it brand new, in the sense that how is the recent quality of their products in general? When I was researching for my other Chanel I read about many quality issues on here and as fate had it, I bought a preloved one.

I have no problem buying preloved bags but considering the price, which isn’t too far off from MSRP, I’m thinking maybe I should just get brand new instead, that is of course I can even get the combo I want from boutiques…

I would still prefer buying brand new from the boutique especially now with the 5 year warranty that comes with it. With so many fakes going around in the market, the piece of mind that your purse is authentic, brand new is priceless for me. But I would consider buying preloved if the one I am looking for is no longer available in the boutique and I am 100% sure the seller is reliable like a friend or someone I personally know.

Edit. I also say this bec of the flaws bec at least if I bought the piece from the store myself, I wouldn’t be scared that my purse is fake even if I see minor flaws. If I bought the piece preloved, I might go crazy thinking if its authentic or not whenever I see a single flaw.:giggle:

Hello, is that the true color of the pink without a filter? Are there different shades to the pink WOC or all they a bit too pink in person? I'm looking for a pastel or lighter shade like the one featured in this pinterest photo:

No lghw. I bought mine before Christmas and I have chosen ghw because I wear gold jewelry. What kind of jewelry do you wear usually? Try to buy before the price increase which will happen with the next collection release. I was really lucky that I got the last delivered one before the price increase.

Jewelry wise more white gold/platinum except for my VCA. I have other Chanel bags in silver, gold, and ruthenium. My black mini is in silver hardware so wondering if a WOC with silver will be too redundant?

Yea! I dropped mine off to the Perth (Australia) boutique yesterday. my woc is 10 years old and they are replacing the button for $225 AUD including both zipper pulls (chipped and the main one is just a bit tarnished)
