I have put some transparent gel cushions at the inside edge of the bag, which saves the strap from rubbing. its has worked really well and the cushions are not visible when the bag is closed.
Tell me more! Where do you buy them? That's the one thing stopping me from getting a WOC.
this is my baby; bought in Chanel in 2014: use it all the time; my very first Chanel: its so versatile ( I use sticky gel cushions inside the corners of the flap to prevent rubbing from the straps which has worked really well: the are gel cushions are actually for your feet; LOL: [emoji4] but they are invisible) i like to keep my bags pristine
Hope this helps; the gel gets a bit yellow and I replace them every 6 months; although they are sticky they leave no marks or residue on the leather and protect it from rubbing!!
Jaaylow, Your WOC is gorgeous and so versatile! Thanks for providing tips on the gel cushions and where to insert them. You mentioned that these are gel cushions for the feet. Do you have to cut/ trim them to the desired size, or are they the ones to prevent heel slip? Thanks!

I'm a newbie to purse forum and i just wanted to share my rare find and join the woc club
This first caught my eye in Chanel's store window and I had to ask them about it. At first i thought it was just a regular wallet but when the sA said it was a woc i knew i had to have it.
Bought this in April, still in its box. I havent used it yet. It feels too precious maybe ill sell it one day.
Btw the pictures don't do it justice! The strass is really gorgeous in real life.

No it is not normal!! If its still within the exchange period definitely go back and demand a new chain/replacement . Ive had my woc since 2013 and its been totally abused and still in great condition. If it isnt under warranty definitely still take it back to a chanel store and they can work out a price to get it fixed. Hope this helps you!
