Thank you so much ,for more than a month waiting list it does'nt bother me but I find it unacceptable with a brand new Chanel compared to a 5€ zipper of any bag to chipped off quikly....I will take it back to the boutique the soonest.

I heard they are sold out but have seen it on Tradesy with a PS if you consider buying from a shopper. The shopper is also on Instagram and I can recommend her. Good luck [emoji6]

I had the same problem with mine.. it's not even 4 months old... So i brought it to my Chanel store and the SA suggested to paint it with black marker!!! Can you believe it? So i brought it to another ( main store in Toronto ) and they admitted it's a flaw, and they going to replace it, it's been 2 weeks and i'm still waiting to pick it up from them.. Don't leave it as is.. it's a flaw!
Hi ladies, I'm trying to purchase my first WOC, and first Chanel in general actually, and I'm just looking for some advice. I want the black classic woc in caviar leather with gold hardware. My name is on the waitlist at both stores in Houston and I've called Chanel customer service to try and track it down in any boutiques, as well as Saks and Nordstrom. No luck. Is it really THAT hard to get the classic black woc? I'm too impatient to sit on a waiting list for months and I'm tempted to just buy it on eBay so I can get it quicker! Which is such a shame, I'd rather buy directly from a boutique. Do you guys typically have to wait for your local store to get it in and then call you? If so, how long does this normally take? Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance

Then I called my sa at a Chanel inside Nordies and put myself on their list, I was told about a two week wait. I waited 4 months for my timeless cc woc. I bought it about 1.5 years ago prior to all the price increases for $1500.

I have that exact WOC and it is worth the wait, imo. I got mine about a year ago at Neiman Marcus. It was my 2nd WOC, my 1st being the gray stingray boy WOC. I had my stingray for a few weeks and I decided that I wanted a black caviar with gold HW next. I was shopping with my stingray and saw the exact combo I wanted behind the glass case. I couldn't believe it, but I also wasn't quite ready to purchase another bag. I walked away... and couldn't stop thinking about it. I went back a week later, and of course it was gone. I was placed on the waitlist and was told it could be 1 to 3 months before I would get one. Exactly one week later I got the call. In my experience, it just depends on the stock in your boutique and if the people before you on the list decline or don't respond (my NM gives you 2 hours to respond either way) they move on down the list. Hope that helps and good luck! I would not buy on Ebay, btw, but that is just me. All of my Chanel's have come from either NM or Nordstrom.
