I purchased a Black WOC from Neimans a few years ago. I went to a Chanel store recently and the SA saw my woc and mentioned that there was too much leather in the back making the woc bunch up when it's open. I went to the Neimans right after and showed the SA the bag and he told me there was no issue and that was normal. I'd like to get opinions from this site. Is this a defect or just normal for the bag? From the videos I've seen on youtube, It does seem like it's a bit too puffy in the back when the woc is open. Not sure if I should try to return it based on the defect or just keep it. please see the photos attached. Thank you for any feedback in advance!

That's how mine is on both of the wocs that I own. I think it's normal.

Yes, it's from the Bloor street store shipped to Vancouver. It was a charge send. I would have to say that the selection in Vancouver isn't the best for the items I want (I usually want popular items). They either didn't order any or have very few.

For example....over the past few months, the card case selection in Vancouver was very very limited. Maybe 2-3 unpopular ones in stock. Recently they just received more card cases so their card case display doesn't look quite as lacking [emoji23]

That's a shame - I wonder why they don't have better stock given I imagine the demand in Vancouver is massive. I'm hoping to get a WOC early next year but perhaps that timeline will get pushed out based on availability :sad: I wish it wasn't so restricted.

It is a gorgeous bag! I had just purchased one exactly like it from Fashionphile but was undecided on whether to keep it bc I really wanted more of a blue based red than an orange based red. When the SA texted me and said it was 17C I was so excited bc the pic made it look bluer based. I'm probably going to just go ahead and keep the one I have from Fashionphile. I'm not sure if my idea of the red I want exists. Lol

I think it's normal too. Mine bunches up too, but not sure of the amount of excess leather it has.
The extra leather is to cater for the opening. Imagine if the leather is just right, you will risk tearing up the WOC.
