SO!!! I called ups earlier, and basically, you don't have to pay for customs clearance with shopbop's shipping method, cause they now use ups worldwide express saver. The only reason why they charged it before is because they used ground. The only thing you'll have to pay for now is the tax within the province, so for me, living in vancouver, I'll have to pay 12%. Thought this might help! =)

Hello, just an update on the customs/duties/taxes. I ordered the Ugg Cardys from shopbop and used the 15% code. so it came to 119 and in ontario we pay 13% taxes so i should be paying around $16 to the ups guy. I missed my package, but when i came home they left those delivery notices and it said i owed $36.32. Bringing the uggs i thot i was getting for $140 to $160. I called ups and they said ups charged the $16 tax and Canada customs charged an additional $20. she said packages over $20 always have to go thru customs clearance. she asked if i wanted the number for canada customs but i said no thanks. so all in all its not only the province tax u may also get charged by canada customs. did this happen to anyone else? Im wondering if i shud refuse the shipment. its not much more but im a little annoyed :(

(the last time i bought from shopbop i only got a 13% charge at the door but my item was only 30 dollars so i guess that was why)

I am normally a 6.5 should I order a 6 or a 5? I want the Knightsbridge.

I have two other pairs in a 6 but they are a little big.

What do you guys think?

Do NOT get the 5 IMO. I wear a sz 6 in Ugg classics (my usual size in shoes is sz 6.5-7), and although I could sz down to my usual sz 6 in the Knightsbridge, it was snug when I tried it w/my straight/skinnies. Now mind you, my calves aren't rail thin...they're on the toned/athletic side. When I tried the sz 7, there was enough wiggle room--without it being too big. So, I'd stick with the 6. ;)

A friend just ordered 6 pairs of Uggs for herself. She is a size 8 and just knew that she would be returning some........ they were diff styles but she did end up keeping the classic short as they fit and the tall string ones. She is exchanging the others for right sizes....

I got my uggs today!! =) But yeah they charged me $30 in total for the fees. That's really weird though cause I asked them and they said we wouldn't have to pay for any custom clearance when using ups worldwide saver. But.. I mean when you think about it, it's still so much cheaper to buy these uggs from shopbop.com than getting them in any canadian store, that charges you $250!!

I wish shopbop.com uses the same shipping method that revolve does, that would be so much better haha.
