There MUST be some sales on uggs out there!!!
REI is a coop, so membership does cost money - it's good for lifetime, though, and you get 10% back of all your purchases every year as a dividend.
I joined years ago (going on a backpacking trip) and have gotten WAAAAY more than my money back (actually got it back and more the first year) - but I love REI, so we spend lots of money there!
I didn't think you had to be a member to shop there though? Just to get the dividend?

If anyone is interested in Ugg Cargo III's, I got Nordies to price match 30% off. Nordies has to have the same size, color, type, etc. so this worked for me this time. Just barely! Shoefly only has black size 9 and 10 and espresso 6 and 7 listed on their website so would only apply to them. If you are interested in doing this, you need to do it quick before the websites update their sizes.

I can't speak for their service/shipping though as I didn't end up ordering from them.
They are a legit Ugg seller and you'll find them on the Ugg authorized retailers list: http://www.uggaustralia.com/customerService/dealerLocator.aspx
I also found Eastbay which is another authorized retailer. They have a 20% off for spending $99 or 30% off for spending $199 or free shipping http://www.eastbay.com/promo/default/promoId--5003479/ (expires Dec 19 though). I needed to have the guaranteed shipping by Dec 24 as well as the opportunity to exchange if I don't have the correct size so I went with Nordies for the price match but they only have Cargo III's, not whitley's. I don't know why Cargo's and Whitley's are on sale but that worked out well for me! When I checked out the sizing, it appears the Cargo's and Whitley's don't fit as large as classics. Some websites (ugg, zappo's) say to order up but Nordies says to order down a size so not sure if theirs is just not up to date? I ordered a 6 (I'm a 6.5 normally but 5 classics fit me) so if that doesn't work, I'll exchange them when I'm in the states.
