It makes me think how much it is their actual cost for those Ugg boots if they try to have 80% off sales again...I wish they do it again i won't miss next round:nuts:

Just went there and how are you seeing size 8? It just days 6 and even that says sold out when you click add to cart

In response to the comments on the previous page:

I am the one that posted the original link to the 6pm.com sale on this page (several days before the sale started), and I got up at 2 am to order my shoes like several others. So I do think it is fair that we got our boots, and not fair to say we should save some for others on here and not buy them all out. Even if we didn't make several purchases, no promise that people here on the forum could snatch them up. This info was posted on the front of Yahoo Shopping so I know lots of people saw it. Please be happy for those TPF'ers that got boots! And believe me, I wanted you ladies to get the boots too, that's why I was quick to share the info with you all.

But when you click add to cart it says sold out. I don't get how that girl ordered the whitley. I tried going to the product page and every time it said size 8 was left I couldn't add it to the cart.

I have 6 pairs coming...2 boots and 4 shoes (2 of which are the exact same because of website errors). I wouldn't consider myself selfish in any way....It's not like I ordered $1000 worth and I didn't order anything that I wouldn't be wearing and enjoying myself. Don't you think that statement is a little harsh?

The only explanation I can think of is that as they fill orders they might update their system and if you are lucky enough to be checking at that time you get it. Believe me, I wish I had some special secret to it, but it was just luck. All I know is that I am kicking myself for not setting my alarm at 3am to get in on the really good stuff. 2 of the 6 I'm getting are still on there...just shoes, not boots.

Also, if you follow them on twitter, you can tell that this sale got a LOT of attention. It was written up in a popular magazine (sorry - don't remember which), and was featured on several blogs. Thank YOU very much for posting it here.

I was a little disappointed to see everything sold out so soon, but knew it was part of the game. I couldn't afford to stay up late waiting for the sale to potentially start so it's a risk you take. I got creative and posted how I found some through google and I think that helped a lot of people find additional ones.

Life's not fair, but even if everything was fair on this forum it still likely would have been sold out quickly. I think it's great that jeanluvsdeals decided to post it here in the first place instead of getting what she wanted and then posting it.
