Wow..their website looks so legit! I was looking for the camo uggs a couple months ago and came across this site and was sooo close to ordering some but zappos got some in just in time!

I am sooo glad I didn't have to mess with these scammers..

I effin hate scammers!!! :cursing: lol

I actually called the number on the site and it is a cell number, with the generic cell msg.!

Thanks so much for all your input! Since most of you say that Emu's are very much like Uggs, I decided to get those instead. They're less expensive, and to me they do look just like Uggs. So i decided to order the EMUs from Endless.com. they have free overnite shipping so will let you know how i like them tomorrow!

If you aren't too stuck on the label, Cosco has amazing tall genuine sheepskin boots for $35 that are actually better made than this year's Decker UGG tall. I own real UGGS from the 1980's that I bought in California and also own Sundance II in distressed brown and sand. They have them in Black, Dark Brown, Wheat (same as Sand) and Chestnut. For that price you can get them in all 4 colors and still spend less than you would on UGGs. I own EMU's too and while I love them, I find that they weigh more than UGGs and aren't as flexible or as soft. Many EMUs are not sheepskin but leather LINED in sheepskin. They are heavier and are actually a bit more water repellent than UGGS once they are treated.

If you are thinking of bidding not buying, beware of fakes on THAT auction site. The majority of them are not genuine UGGs but are counterfits made in China and drop shipped. However, if you really want to buy the UGG brand, I have bought boots from Williamtsweet whose store is Boots Shoes and Things. He buys from the UGG outlet in California. I called them and they really do exist but unfortunately they don't sell over the phone :crybaby:The three pairs I bought from this vendor are genuine but his prices have gone up since last year.

Also, if you aren't sure of your size, try them on b4 you buy because I range from size 7 to an 8 in most footwear but wear a 6 in the classic, round toed UGGs made in suede and a 7 in the one's with the round toe made in leather. I wear a 6 or a 7 in EMUs depending on the style. Buy a really good waterproofing spray and spray at least two times before you even think of wearing them outside.

PLMK if by doing this I've violated any PF policies because I'm a newbie and don't want to get booted off. Forgive me if I have sinned!

There is no phone number for contacting them either, which for me is a HUGE no no!!!!

check out your local Marshalls, i got my blue ones from there a while ago for $35!! they always have bizarre colors tho like hot pink, yellow, and purple..unfortunately i had to pay full price for my chestnut and black ones, UGGS keep me so warm during morning classes though so i think its worth every penny!! :) good luck on your search!

I got my Kid's Emu on Friday (in Chestnut) and I wore them yesterday and this morning. I wear a size 5 in women, so I got a size 3 as per a pfer's advice. They fit just right, and I thought maybe I should get a size bigger, so I have more room but then decided against it since one size up seems like a lot. It's not like they come in 1/2 sizes. They're warm but it wasn't that cold outside. Do you guys wear them w/ socks? Are they meant to be worn with or without socks? I feel like it's fine w/o socks but not sure if that's gross or not. I don't know how women's Emu are suppose to feel like but the kids Emu has a slight arch. I'm fine w/ it but I thought the bottom will be flat. I got it for $50 w/ free shipping from Endless.com. Pretty good price for that kind of boots. Uggs are still a little steep for me but I'll keep an eye out for deals. I would like another color. They're so convenient. I slip it right on and just head out to walk my daughter to school. Thanks again for all your inputs! I'll definitely check out Marshalls and Costco next time I go!
