My niece owns a light pair of Uggs and she took her Uggs to the shoe repair and they were able to clean it and it looks absolutely brand new. The cost was $45. The Uggs had stains and also blue color from the jeans rubbing. So if you want to save your Uggs I would take it to the shoe repair. It was a fantastic job.

You're welcome s627y. What a nice friend you are! I believe you will be OK. I ordered 3 pairs of Ultimates from them during the infamous 50% off sale and received my full order. And they have already shipped the Suburb pair that I ordered yesterday! Kristen there is very nice and responsive. Call her if you have any questions or concerns, etc.

I have to pairs of UGGs and both have gotten dirty. I tried to clean it with the Ugg cleaner and I think it looks horrible now. Has anyone cleaned it with the cleaner or have any recommendations??
I have 10 pairs of Uggs, all different colors/styles and I've washed them in my washing machine on cold with Woolite. Tumble dry, just to get the moisture out. Put a magazine or newspaper in the Uggs so they stand up and don't crease. Place near a heating vent/register and let finish drying. I have done this with the sand/pink/blue color and it works great. The inside sheepskin nap becomes fluffy again, too. Hope this helps.

That's nice to know! I guess is worth a try. I just hate to mess up my Uggs. Do you brush them on the outside afterwards?
