meg, I might consider the bag spa for Rose Thulian... Maybe I will show her to the bag spa people and ask if they can do anything about it. I'm just worried they will clean/fade her unnecessarily on the leather parts... (I had one experience like that... they scrubbed a bag so clean that it changed colour!)

cookie, the round bottom of my Sorbet Pompon that was soaked through with pink grapefruit soda actually dried into a very beautiful pink. I'm just waiting to see what happens after a professional cleaning. If they manage to blend the waterline away, I'll be happy. But if the waterline remains, I might take matters into my own hands. I suspect the pink grapefruit enzymes might actually have enhanced the colour!

lisa... That is awesome to hear!

Storage opinions needed!

So I live in super humid Singapore. I bought a dry cabinet for storing my bags to prevent mould. They are all now living very happily in this cabinet, three Mini Poms stacked per shelf. I want to put my moto in as well, but she would have to be folded up. Would this be a problem? I am happy with wrinkly leather. TIA for any input! :flowers:

Don't just fold her up, scrunch her up! She'll get more wrinkly and gorgeous that way. :graucho:

I tried on this color. It's soooo pretty, but not for a blond hair, fair skinned girl like me. Looks great on Nicole though!

JDN, I'm so sorry to hear this! I was hoping that you would get yours soon after mine.

meg, I always love seeing your Eggplant. Works beautifully with pink!

cookie, you are so beautiful! And your moto is gorgeous! Frankly, if my Sorbet Pompon comes back still watermarked (spilt juice in it) I might give it a dip as well. The juiced part is actually a nicer pink now. I might find a similar grapefruit juice to dip it in, and then rinse with water. LOL. I am semi-serious about this.

Thanks dragonette: but i don't think I would dip any leather in grapefruit juice! Too acidic!

Cookie:Oh yes, is see it was a hard experience, but i tthink without the smell you will be more happier and the jacket looks great!!!

JDN:I am so sorry to hear this, hopefully Sebastien will find the jacket for you, so if not you save money for a jacket from the new season...I think they will come in december!!!

Megt:Wow, eggplant and pink looks great, i should try this with my quilted jacket, but only in a few month,it is too cold now!!!

Meg, I second whoever said "do you EVER look bad?????":noggin: Honestly, woman?????? Another great outfit! Absolutely adore the eggplant (and wondering if it's the same color as my quilted violet?:thinkin:).

And my two favorite models!:tender: Freja & Sheila =

If I had to compare the fit to the latest season jacket I own (S/S2011 I think), it's pretty much the same but the leather on F/W2007 is thicker. HTH.

Lisa, I am so thrilled to hear this!!!:woot: Hopefully you will be able to enjoy your new quilted without feeling restricted in it!!! That's awesome!!!

:tup::woot:
Thank you ladies for all your kind and thoughtful comments.

I have loved this colour but have never seen it irl. Is it a pure mustard or does it have orange overtones? X
