I love melatonin for this purpose (and for jet lag when traveling). Unfortunately it's been banned from sale in my country so I'm using up my dwindling supply bought overseas a number of years ago. It has to be severe sleep deprivation before I'll reach for it ...

Pbdb - yes electronic gadgets have a huge role to play in keeping our minds active, I've tried switching mine off an hour before bed but it's not easy
Dragonette - I hope your trip to Bangcok is wonderful, boring is not a word I've ever heard it described as before but I suppose that is not how it's advertised
It's been too wet here for motos, we are on extreme weather warnings (again). One of the housing sites i was involved with (built by a big house builder and only finished last week) almost got flooded today.... Not good

I just got these jeans from Matches, they were on clearance and free shipping I just love them, they are IM. Sammi loved them too well the fringe part

really like the pink and purple together....Asphalt and I are just not meant to be....I may try to get my hands on one thru Sebastien....but he hasn't replied to me...I emailed him about a quilted jacket last week but haven't heard back...
