It's Monika Chiang, the designer she was at the opening for. I don't think Steffs handbag line is coming out anymore. There hasn't been any new news on it for the past couple years.

Yep, I'm pretty sure that's her real eye color, if I remember correctly, Spencer has similar colored eyes.
