The Squeeze bag

What do you all think of the Loewe squeeze bag? A hobo looking slouchy bag with a donut chain attached, pretty heavily featured in their runway show, in the hairy suede and croc and maybe other things? The Loewe IG account called it the squeeze bag recently. I’m eager to check it out in person.

As a side note, lots of great feather pieces in this collection! Wonder if JWA was inspired by the recent Howl’s moving castle collab

I thought it had a metal handle, and it made me think of the Bottega Veneta sardine bag, but apparently it’s actually leather coated. Overall this bag doesn’t do anything for me. Nor did the enormous version of the puzzle tote, which looked so awkward banging against the models’ legs.

I did love all the feather stuff, though I’d be worried about durability. Also the two super sparkly coats!

So based on the IG of a Loewe influencer, the donut chain attached can slide through and make the bag be a crossbody or an on the shoulder bag. The handle is supposed to be “squishy” and rest on the shoulder in both modes

Yeah the enormous totes imo are runway only - not practical

The thick leather piece on the shoulder looks so ugly to me!! I can't imagine that it can be comfortible to wear!!
The whole bag is absolutely not my taste!
Maybe it's a perfect bag for some ladies - but not for me!

I love this bag!! I think it looks stunning as handheld, not a fan of the crossbody version though. But I love it! I believe I would get one once it hits the boutique.

I think the ability for turning it into a cross-body in an instant (presumably) is excellent!
