What a graceful and elegant cw, honeyshopper! I love the Ciels Byzantins design so much and really like how your cw has a neutral tone, but with little bits of color to give depth and interest... perfection! :heart:

Thank you Vitamina. And thank you for your inspiration. My understanding of the mousseline format definitely needed to evolve. I didn't get it at first. Wearing them is slightly different than the silk twill. I definitely like larger sizes of the mousseline. But now I think I'm hooked! It's like a fluffy little cloud from heaven.

Out to dinner last night to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary, wearing Couvertures as a shawl. Love this format to ward off air conditioning in restaurants!

Hi chincac, I have just checked the tag, and it reads: "encre/vert/rose vif". It looks like encre translates to "ink" in English. I am not sure why H would categorize the main color as ink...it is definitely a violet/purple as you suspect. It is quite lovely. I would be honored to be your twin, as you have a style that I admire so much, and you are the queen of 140cm silks!! Oh, and the queen of Evelyn's too!! ;)

Looking gorgeous Bova! Love this on you. Mine is the pale blue with fuschia border. Isn't it the perfect weight and terrific tied. I really like this scale of graphic for Couvertures.

Bova, You look amazing! One of the prettiest postings I have seen! The pops of yellow in your Couvetures is outstanding with your dress. You must remember this ensemble and wear it again and again and again!!!! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO YOU!!!
