I like the 'Bateau' bit - not yet convinced by the 'Fleuri'! I do like the stylised wave forms.

I was just looking back at the reissues - obviously they have ransacked the archives to find something that resembles Brides de Gala without actually being Brides de Gala and come up with Bride de Cour. On sober reflection I find I prefer Bride de Cour - probably because it is not soooooo symmetrical.

I've been thinking about you, Uno, daily since this tread started - but understand well the good reasons for the silence.

New scarf:

Les Maison des Carres

This scarf is exactly like the new H website. A doll house of 5 levels with many rooms. In each room, the H staff is working to create the scarves. From designing the scarf, the selection team, the factory conveyor belt making them, the orange box room, the staff selling the scarves, and at the bottom the staff greets the customer.

The top of the scarf has the half clouds (just like the website). Across the top of the scarf and down to the middle of the scarf on both sides is a rainbow. The rainbow turns into rain on one side and waters the trees. The other side has ladders and a waterslide (like Potager scarf) Under the rainbow is a clothes line of scarves, just like shown on the H website. On top of the building is the horse and rider who carries the two scarves. We also see the rooftop garden. The people are drawn in cartoonish form, just like the Potager scarf. The artist is Pierre Marie.

People are hating on the new website, but they might like the scarf. H must be issuing this to celebrate the new website, just like the issued the H.com scarf with their first website.

thank you for the info, definitely looking foward to it ...

Bateau Fleuri

Artist is Ljubomir Milinkov.
See the 4 seasons paintings:

The waves shown on these hats cover the entire scarf. The background is one color and the three inch border is another color. The scarf has a large frigate ship in the center of it (just like Cheval de Mer scarf).

The bottom of the ship and each sail are covered in different flower beds.A few sails have the “field of wheat” texture, a few have the summer bed of flowers, a few have the spring bed of flowers.

Little birds, fish, butterflies and parrots, exactly as drawn in the 4 paintings are scattered about the scarf.

The new agenda cover shows the ship.

Uno, this sounds wonderful. Thanks for sharing! :hugs:

This one sounds very intriguing, Uno! Great description...I love the Central Park version of his Jardin Enchante - have a feeling I will love this one as well...

Why is it that I know I have a TON of scarves, yet I cannot keep from buying more...:graucho:

I suffer from the same H orange fever! I get delirious whenever I am around H scarves!

Please tell me this is at least a 90? These designs tend to arrive in gavroche size which are cute but really a bit of a challenge to use.
