Etoile I love your jadeite green Mors!!! Beautiful choice for a first GM.

I can't pretend to look like I was positively born for this shawl the way Pierina does, but I'm thrilled it's finally sunny enough here for me to appreciate how incredible the colors in this shawl are. So pleased with this one! But it makes me want to go out and buy a white linen pantsuit and a wicker chaise-- it just puts me in that kind of mood.

You are right! I think this is one of those designs (same as this last season......Mars, Papillion, LdR) where it will be very difficult to limit CW's................thankfully I am on Ban Island, chained and in the special area where they have the ponds and moats where they keep the Hermes crocodiles.......if perchance I could break out, those crocs are on a special diet, and I certainly am not going to "swim with the crocs"..................fishes possibly, but crocs no way. I will enjoy all of your beautiful choices vicariously! BUY ON!

Same here! Last time I somehow escaped! But this time with the special holding area, I guess I should be able to stay until I am fully recovered from the previous financial assault. And if this still doesn't work, may God have mercy on my soul!:cry:

Pierina, this shawl is amazing, and it looks great on you.......I saw it on the Japanese H website and immediately called my SA and asked her to hold it for me when it arrives. I'm not a huge fan of the regular Mors et Gourmettes design, but this Remix and in this colorway just blew me away!!!

Me too, duna! Don't think I ever had this pattern even way back when. It first came out in 1961, it has almost a 50's feel to it in the original. I'm thrilled to have it.

Thx for sharing this fresh beauty. You look absolutely lovely in this colorway. Seriously.

I love how the designers scaled-up this motif & filled the voids (large open prairies of space) w/ detail that remind me of Andalusian tiles. Not all patterns can make the transition from 90cm to 140cm, but this is a sure winner.

In the twill 90cm version of this, IMO, the 'belt' detail in each corner really 'make' this pattern, and I totally LOVE the little pops of the contrasting yellow/green...to my eye, looks very close to tieuille green.

Thank you sac-a-main! There are two greens in the little tags, lime and vert anis. The background pattern is interesting up close too, rounded Hs I think and then interlocking designs that could be metal, or spurs or just abstract. Here's a detail picture, colors are not this intense really but that's how the picture came out.
