We will be six!
Haha-- and some of us on a caravan back to Ban Island afterward

TT, congrats! :hugs: It's going to look gorgeous on you.

Yes, VigeeLeBrun, join us! You can bring the macaroons to the Ban Island party. ;)

I will definitely bring the macaroons to Ban Island because I think there will be at least a dozen of us there within the next week before the H price increase!

This is not directed at anyone, but just my 2 cents before we're all trapped by the Mythiques Phoenix bubble like the C'est la Fete bubble. Some people who lurk here and never post turn out to be among the first to resell on eBay. Mythiques Phoenix is not a men's scarf and not a limited edition scarf, we will all eventually get to buy it if we want it :smile1:.
Each shipment to each store contains a few of each design and they will get more shipments trickle in from now until the summer. The Phoenix scarves are not sold out or if they are at any given boutique, that boutique will get more of them later. There's no need to freak out.

*** Mythiques Phoenix 90 cm scarf is only coming in 2 colorways - both which have been shown in this thread.

There are 2 mousseline stoles coming. We already know about Tabriz. The other patterns is Brandebourgs.

The military jacket cording on the Brandebourgs scarf is laced up in the middle of the scarf - like a corset.

The Tabriz mousseline stole is coming in these colors:

01) coral/rose/marron
02) indigo/bleu/violet
03) rose/rose the/khaki
04) turquoise/vert d'eau/vert
05) gris/blanc/fuschia
06) citron/blanc/gris

What I noticed about BOTH the Tabriz and Brandebourgs mousseline stoles is that the design is placed in the center of the stoles, with the wide borders being bare/dead space.

That's worth violating your resolution. I was in the San Francisco store today and asked if they had it in stock yet. I was relived when they did not, because then I didn't have to debate whether or not to purchase it! I did pick up the new Rose de Compas 70cm that's my avatar. It's my first 70 so I hope I'll like it. With black, prune, navy and other shades in there it should be very versatile. It also finally popped up on the US H site today after appearing on the Canadian and various European sites a few weeks ago.
Anything worth driving from the Valley for in the store? Any Carmens or Kelly Dogs

Great, at least they don't ruin the colorways of this design again. Quality is more important than quantity.

Thank you for the intel re: Brandebourgs. I love that design, so I'll wait to see how much dead space it has.

I would also like to mention my appreciation for this post, Chestnutty. We have to remember resellers are our best friend and worst enemy, and the orange slope is a dead ringer for patience! Sometimes, even the craving of that special new scarf is just as much a gift as getting to buy it. We should treasure those little H butterflies in our tummies, all season long!:cloud9:
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought so. Some of my friends have been all gaga'ing over this Phoenix after reading tPF and bought even though they were not 100% in love with it (not every skin tone suits aubergine and anthracite), solely out of fear that it will be sold out soon. I think scarves are meant to be worn and/or treasured, one should buy only when they like, not when they fear of shortage.

Speaking of avoiding the price increase, NakedMosher2of3 linked to the Mors Remix shawl in the web finds thread-- it's now up on the US site! Thrilled to grab this one in that gorgeous blue (violating one of my 2014 H resolutions, but oh well): http://usa.hermes.com/woman/stoles-...&back_search=q+gourmettes|back_from_product+1
You naughty fellow blue sucker !!! I'm eagerly awaiting your modeling pics!

I love the colors I have seen so far of this season, being a person who loves pastel and cool palettes.

I think I must be the odd one to see it this way, but doesn't the center of this Mors reminds us of the black/naturel Cheval Sur Mon Carré that everyone here covets? With repetitive patterns all over and such. Can't wait to see the colors IRL.
I don't know the story behind this remake of Mors et Gourmettes, and I'm sure I'm wrong but the pattern reminds me of Moroccan lanterns .

I really love this colorway and design. I called the Boston store this afternoon. They only have the Mystique Phoenix in so far, otherwise no 2014 inventory yet. She also confirmed the price increase mid-month to take effect. This Mors et Gormettes Remix in vert is a combination I can definitely see in my collection. Looks like it may go well with black? Of course, it would be prudent to see other colorways. If I get any information on the colorways I will share. At least there is some hope with this appearing on the site.
