Myke518, I am trying to play catch up on tPF and I came across this great picture of you!! This colorway of La Bal de Oseaux is fantastic! I love how you have tied it and paired it with your demin dress. PERFECTION! (Pardon me, if I have already quoted. This thread moves so quickly, I can't remember which posts I have commented on. Anyway, THIS pic of you deserves several viewings! I really, really, really, can't get a third colorway of this design, but if I could, I would! Lovely!)

Thank you etoile! My Beverly Hills haul included the Bayadere, a 140 Folklore (in the red/blue/yellow colorway), a narrow lagon with GHW bangle, the gold and white Balcons bangle, and a belt kit (28 width that is just a tad bit smaller than a 32) white/Feu with a small gold H buckle. I was disappointed that BH didn't have the Bal des Oiseaux scarf. (It wasn't a design that they ordered.) Luckily, my hometown Hermes had this one, so I got it (and ordered the pink/green/white one, too.) Needless to say, I think I am done. I knew this would be a dangerous season for me. I really hope that I don't like anything for A/W.

Ladybaga, you're on a roll! This Bal des Oiseaux is perfect on you! Such a nice design!

Isn't it exciting!? I have new reveals to post, I really need to take pics and get on it, I'll try do a reveal thread soon, I just have two more things coming, when they get here I'll post
I fell for Pheonix, like many kindred silkies, the fuschia BdG maxi twilly and a Coupe de Fouet indiscretion
I'm still on my "oldie" hunt too and found a few of my grails over the last month or so, so I have a mishmash going on over here!
I'm also a fellow art lover and have been equally distracted by that too.
My money tree needs a little luvin' Ladybaga!

Argh! First I wanted the pink, then I saw the blue on Chestnutty and Myke and thought "Blue for me!" and now I want the pink again. Your SA's games are wreaking havoc on me too!

nana, I know! I know how that feels! Same happened to me, even harder having both in front of my eyes.

I thought I tried on a cw a while back that had more of a lemon yellow block and a sea green or greenish teal block. I do not remember seeing the one with the yellow and pea green color you posted.

For those that wanted to see LfdP here are some 'IRL' pics, here with my silver Satchel (Silver is a neutral for me ) and my Theo Fennell Carnival ring, I just love those little stripes on the scarf, this cw also goes perfectly well with gold as well as silver. This scarf makes black, white, camel, beige so much more wearable for me and ties everything together when either neutrals have too stark a contrast or are too insipid. One of those scarves that you can't quite see the theme except fully open but I like it appears modern abstract when worn but actually it's a fierce, fiery, figurative Pegasus, just hidden from view

I really hope this inspires more pegasus fans because the scarf is literally magical and very inspiring

Hmmm... That does sound a lot like CW 04. The colors on the H website are not very true to life. I love a good mystery!

I love this colorway PT - congrats and you are right - it is abstract and modern with a surprise inside! I am torn between this and the slightly more coral toned one. But you make a grand case for the white/silver/gold!
