Thx palmbeachpink! I saw cw27 once way back in Feb & thought it very appealing. Didn't get it then 'cause it is not exactly archaelogically appropriate for statues to be white & it was early in the season!( I would accept ardoise though)This cw has sold out at local boutiques at the moment. I agree that Licorne & Mexique are both stunning & I broke my 1 cw/design rule & got 2 for each.

you broke the rules and you are not even a full year in yet, right? it all started with a pick up for friend?!?!! I've never broken it in many moons! I had same thought of true to life with reve du corail and bought blanc/rouge which is delightful but I don't wear that much b/c I'm a color girl and white can be so hard to work with - wore it around Christmas w/black maxi and a bright red lip and it looked nice! at least, you picked 2 great designs to break "the rule"!

I saw ANP in c/w 15 today loved the colors but was a little confused by holes, I know I must look at it like a piece of art so it's on hold and then I boldly did a charge send of AN c/w 4!! wanted to at least see it IRL!!

I don't baby my scarves and and my fear was that I may just destroy ANP b/c I wear them more than use as a scarf.....I also found ANP to be very delicate.....we will see!! :smile1:

I have to be confessional. Other than Mexique & Licorne, I also got Tropiques & Africa in 2/3 cws as well:nuts: But I have decided I would get 1 or 2 per season in future now that my collection basically covers all my needs! The 2 cws of AN Perforee are very attractive. Ï am so glad I can't consider them since the sm holes would fit my cats claws to a tee. Occasionally, cats are good for your purse!:roflmfao: Do show us some mod shots when u get your ANP!

I've been waiting all season for the Quadrige DD GM scarves to appear, and they finally arrived during my trip last week that brought me in range of an H boutique. I thought I wasn't interested in the greenish one because greens are very hard for me to get right. But I was wrong! The colors of this scarf are Vert Gris/Amande/Vert Vif, and putting it around my neck immediately garnered enthusiasm from my partner and the SA about how it drew out my eyes, which move between blue and green.

I'm hopeless describing colors, so the best way to describe this color is to compare it to one of my favorite nail polishes: Chanel Nouvelle Vague from a few summers ago. It's almost a perfect match (NV being a bit lighter). I recommend looking up the color of the nail polish on the web to see the exact color (I don't have time right now to color correct iPhone images).

I photographed the scarf against it and an Isthme in Bleu Azteque to show the blue aqua dimension further. The lighter green is clear and summery. The darker green is grey and works wonderfully with black, grey and taupe wardrobe pieces.

^^^This is lovely. Has anyone seen the Quadrige 140 in the purple colorway? I am wondering if the background is more a reddish/plummy sort of purple, or a more blue-based purple? Thanks, if anyone has the intel.

Its gorgeous arabesques! Is this a minty green / aqua? I think its a fabulous choice for you, and nice to see you venture into a new coloration ! Congrats and cheers! I can't wait to see the other Quadridge 140's - it has been on my wish list since first hearing about it.

Beautiful and very nice addition to your collection. Those big dds are scrumptious! I saw this on h.com but it is much prettier in your photos. The contrast hem and that yellow are gorgeous. Nouvelle Vague is one of my faves, too. Have you checked out the summer collection of Chanel colors yet?

Twins!! I just picked this up the other day as well! :). I also didn't think I'd like this green..was leaning towards the terracotta color (like in scarf book), but this one was just so "brightening" I couldn't pass it up either..and SA thought this was so much "brighter" on me (my face) as well. :). Can't wait for your mod pics :)
