Love this on you and especially the special knot !!

LOVE how you tied this!!!!

oooh la la! Gorgeous greens that look great on you!
Love that waterfall knot, too!

Thank you so much, chkpfbeliever, glamourbag, and BridesdeGala! I wish I could recreate this knot! I'll have to check out MaiTai's blog to see how to do it. Funny thing is, my "waterfall knot" started out as a cowboy knot with ends threaded in front through a MaiTai scarf ring. Throughout the day, the cowboy began to unravel which became the waterfall! Thank you all for the credit on the knot but it was purely accidental! :smile1: Thank you also for the kind words about the greens. I LOVE green, so this was a no brainer for me. :D

I must apologise, I have just realised I never posted pics of the Photo Finish I got back in January - so here they are. (sorry for photography). This is not normally a c/w I would go for, but for some reason it works really well on me.

cvw1004, love the stripe effect on that scarf, and the colors are beautifully unexpected!

Cross-posting this from the Mousselines thread-- Axis Mundi GM from this season in colorway 07. In person the sheer chiffon makes this much sweeter and softer than it looks in the pictures-- otherwise I couldn't get away with such a big pile of fuschia!

Lovely, INDYLOVESH you wear it well

I agree with those that said it doesn't need to be folksy (I would rather say casual) as your pics show it's easily translates to very smart, even in a brighter cw.

Echec au Roi in (I think) vert de gris/blanc/poudre (cw30) as per RTW runway and very similar to the GM shawl (cw13)

Also seen are the cordages twillies in cw4, cw7

Wow, gorgeous and serene.

I haven't been attracted any twillys for a long time because I am looking for a cw to go with Bleu Marine Box and need very classic. I am going to take a very close look at the Corgages :graucho:

I saw this at my boutique and it is really nice. The soft colors are dreamy and perfect for the Year of Sport!

Thanks so much TankerToad :Flowers: , it seems like such a easy scarf to tie and wear (and the closest I will ever get to the wearing a sports medal)

Hi Scarf/Shawl Friends! Not sure if this has been posted yet, but here is my Photo Finish in the green colorway. (I posted this pic in Scarf of the Day thread, so I hope it is ok to use the same one here.) Thanks for letting me share.

Once again you are an inspiration. I do like this scarf, if ever my family had a scarf custom made as a 'flag' this would be it ;)

Thanks so much cvw1004 for posting :flowers: What I like about this, GC and other slightly stripey scarves is they make really good fodder (no pun intended:D) to use as half of a pair if the cws allow.

I don't mind that the horse is hidden whilst folded in the design, but do you think the horse 'stand-out' enough in this cw?

Dreamy, calexandre even in a moussey I don't think that cw would work on me but I'm sure it looks fabulous on you
