I'm with Scarfmischief1 - the mouselline stoles sound absolutely great and a GM of Graff may tip me over the edge - I loved the design but none of the colourways in the twill quite got there for me. I like the sound of Cordages - are we talking nautical knots there?

We get all excited about the reissues of designs we love but I'm prepared to be surprised by the so far unknown silk carres. The thrill of a new thing to lust after is what I really, really want!

I'm intrigued by the Quadrige giant dip dye. In the silk twill the horses' eyes always look so crazy to me. Maybe in the lower contrast colorways of the dip dyes they won't have that wild-eyed look :D:D

Hi sorry if this question has already been answered, wasn't able to find it in the thread. Will there be a beaded/sequined shawl (like the Pegasus mousseline) in this spring collection?

Chevaux de Karnak, the GM mousseline, is like this:

The thick border has a graphic triangle print like this ring, all around the border.

The scarf is made up of horse heads and their torsos, jumping up in action. In the center is a square showing 2 horse heads and their torsos, jumping in action, the same as the rest of the scarf. However, the center square is placed on top of the horses underneath it, so only certain parts of the horses underneath are showing because they are blocked by the center square.

The focus is on the elaborate head pieces and the chevron pattern that is repeated in the headdresses. This is a bold print, not timid, not dainty. The horse heads are facing the other direction than what these pictures show.

Uno, thanks! Your pics are divine, and I can only imagine how beautiful it will be in a GM mousseline!

Was looking for a picture for Le Bateaux du Monde and found this.
I could really like it!

I am not saying this is how it will look - no idea, but the picture coming from France could be a good indication.
:graucho:

This is exactly how the boats are drawn on the scarf. It looks just like this. The boat with the read and white checkerboard sail & the blue sail with the white cross, is in the center of the scarf.

The 70 scarf "Les Sportives" is an audience of women (observing a sporting event?) It is a cartoon drawing of 1930's women wearing old-fashioned clothes like this picture, some of the women are wearing pantsuits. There are 4 rows of women, each row is the exact same - about 15 women in each row.

The 70 scarf, "Un Amour de Cheval" is another cartoon drawing.

On each side of the scarf are three girls riding horses. The girls are carrying umbrellas and each umbrella has a number on it. In the center is a heart with two horses kissing.

The girls look a bit like Betty Boop, with the big eyes. The faces are oval circles. The pony-tailed hair is very poofy, as are the horse tails. Uno thinks that this is done by famous artist, but can't put his finger on who it is.

The 70 scarf "Cordages" is nautical rope wrapped around metal tubes/posts. In the center the rope is wrapped around the tubes to spell out "Hermes Paris". Around the border, the rope is just wrapped around the tubes in a random pattern.
