Well this is my first colored diamond purchase, and I had absolutely no knowledge. Everyone at PS basically said the color saturation is the most important factor, and I know what kind of yellow shade I liked so I told David of DBL what I want and he suggested a few stones. He E-mailed me some comparison pictures and once I chose 2 stones I liked, he also sent me the video clip so I can see how they sparkled.
Except for the color I looked for the dimension of the stone, because I wanted the stone to be rectangular, not square....so the double halo won't end up looking almost round shape.
Did you get a matching band with your yellow diamond? Are you going to wear it as an e-ring or just a RHR? It's really pretty 
I have to give this David guy a call when I'm back in the states, I emailed regarding a 5 stone yellow diamond ring and got no reply. I'm looking for a yellow diamond band that I can swap out on days I don't want to wear my e-ring.

Wow, that is just beautiful. I love it even more on your hand! I'm considering getting a DBL ring as a right hand ring. We're about to have our first child and it seems like it would nice to have a memento.
I sort of love this ring, but I'm thinking of maybe just having yellow and white diamonds with one fancy intense yellow band in between two white bands.
