I'm unfortunately going to return mine. I can't keep a bag that is really unusable. I can barely get my hand in so it would be irritating to try to get things in and out all the time. I'm surprised somebody at coach didn't catch this design flaw before production. Congrats to the women who love this bag, it's just not for me. So sad because I really wanted to love this bag. I'm trying to get things I like before the new designer's bags come in, which I don't really care for. Maybe I'll get the black urbane bag I want.

I agree with you. This bag cant be used. I am sad about it but I do agree with you. Returning mine as well. Ughhhhh

Thank you, ladies! I had to make myself change out of her today. Took her with me yesterday and the SAs commented they had never seen her before and wanted to know where I got her. I really like this bag. I even carried her with the long shoulder strap. I never do that.
