Hello forum friends! I need some help with contacting The Row's customer service. Does anyone know their hours of operation? I’ve called several times the past few days and this morning, but I keep getting a message saying they’re closed and to call back during business hours—except they don’t mention what those hours are. Do they not have a 24/7 call center? I couldn’t find anything on their website. I get that their style is minimalistic, but customer service info isn't an area where they should practice minimalism![]()

My bag arrived today, and when I was communicating with them regarding the significant delay it wasn’t a positive experience. It was to the point I almost was going to return the bag based on principle, to be honest. But the bag is beautiful and timeless, and I can see myself using it for years. With the price increases The Row is doing so regularly, I feel like it wouldn’t make sense for me to return it.

I love the slouchy look but the images on their site are confusing - it seems like if it were full it would be less slouchy....
