For now it is... they're quite hard to find. If The Row ever decides to mass produce and they don't sell out as quickly, the value will go down. Quality won't be as good either. Time will tell. Right now they are selling like hot cakes. TheRealReal has a handful of them at the moment in size 10.
Would suggest stalking the website for a few weeks and see what turns up, hopefully it will be in the size and leather combination that you like. The Margaux 10 is not impossible to purchase directly online with some patience, which may provide more peace of mind around authenticity and condition of the item when it arrives. I have the 12 in black grained leather and I use it as my daily bag. It’s sumptuous to the touch and very well made. I’ll echo other people’s sentiments re: whether it’s worth it - that’s a very subjective measure - but for me at least the cost per wear is excellent. It will definitely scuff and scratch, perhaps less than the smooth leather but it’s not immune, but I don’t mind so much given I use it so often. I know some people find the style “boring”, but to me, it’s simple, elegant, a quality piece, and the lack of complex trendy elements means it will not date.

Got a new black 15 in grained leather last week and it’s amazing. So pleased with the purchase.
How gorgeous is the leather! I remember touching it for the first time and being blown away by how soft yet still semi-structured it was. Even now when I hold the handles I’m so pleased with how quality the leather feels, no other designer bag I’ve owned feels quite the same!
