The Row Customer service- purse aftercare?

Indeed and what's funny is that I bought two blazers from the same authorized retailer (Ssense) and had very different outcomes.

Neither came with the proper garment bag but Isaia in Toronto shipped me a garment bag and a hanger overnight so where there's a will there's a way.

That’s just ridiculous. Why bother authorising sellers to sell their products but offer no aftercare. The brand themselves supply the sellers with the products

I preordered a bag in the first week of May, they charged the full amount to my card with a guide date of 28 June for delivery.

No sign of the bag and they didn’t give an update on delivery so last week I cancelled the order. No response to emails and no refund so far.

What’s the point of wanting people to use their e-commerce instead of 3rd parties when their customer service is so poor.

Because they make way more money doing so.

I had a similar experience with a Proenza Schouler bag 10 or so years ago. Two rivets popped off almost immediately and they would not even recommend a repair service and the dealer also threw up their hands.

Sold the bag and never even looked at another PS item again.

Very short sighted how these companies skimp on aftercare given the prices.

That and you can’t talk about heritage and quality if the bag has no future from the start. It will be interesting to see if The Row will shift gears and invest in some form of repair department going forward.
