I’m glad I found this thread. I found a wishlist Chanel bag on TRR and requested additional photos. They sent me zoomed in photos of the bag that is already on the website and the “in person” photos are tiny where I can’t see any wear n tear.

They didn’t even send photos of the serial, dust bag or anything significant. I definitely would not spend my money with them being that they have a final sale policy. I would Never buy a bag consigned/resell and the seller won’t send extra photos. It’s VERY sketchy.

My first and only purchase from TRR was one I had to return; it was an LV bag for a great price in amazing condition, but it smelled so bad I couldn't even have it in the house. Thankfully the return was easy and straightforward.

I bought a bag . Listing said 2 exterior pockets. Bag came with 0 exterior pockets. Only a slit pocket inside. Just requested a refund. We will see what happens next .
