Hi guys,

I saw a bag I wanted that was described as having only marks in the interior. Upon zooming up at the leather I think I see some type of white shadow/blemish on the exterior.

I asked for extra photos and didn’t get a reply and I don’t want to lose this bag in case it’s just glare or something.

Has anyone had luck with returning a supposedly final sale bag that wasn’t described? Did TRR give you a hard time about it?

thanks so much!

Look at the listing again.. all bags are considered final sale & unless there is a significant
flaw not disclosed or described TRR likely will not accept a return.. Authenticity is another fine line..
Photos for requests for clarity can up to 24 hours or longer..

I was able to get a refund on a bag. It was listed as “Pristine” condition, no other comments. The pics don’t show anything as you know. When it arrived the corners were scuffed white and there was an ink mark inside.
I emailed them with photos right away. Someone responded to me and tried to offer me a $200 credit. I said no, I want a refund and a return label. A few more emails later I got a return label. They pleasantly surprised me by refunding the bag amount and the original shipping fee I paid.

In my case it was very clear cut the bag was not “pristine”. I looked for it to be relisted. It came back and was still described as “pristine”. Then it sold to someone else.

I don't understand that. In the case of TRR, it's not the individual seller but the company who does this? why ask for problems?

Do yourself a favor and just don't buy it. It's a crap shoot with TRR and not worth your time. The are sloppy.

I wouldn't buy it. I've asked for photos before and they never help. I have had success with a final sale return but they made it a hassle; they asked me to send pictures and I had to plead my case. I think it was only approved because I have purchased a few $$$$$ H. items from them.

This just happened to me last week. If I pushed I may have been able to receive a refund but I was okay with store credit. Now I wish I would have pushed the matter. Their descriptions are awful to the point where the bags are listed as the wrong style, model, and the sizes are different for the same model in different listings. I compared to listings on Fashionphile and Real Deal Collection and the latter are so much more accurate and upfront about flaws/issues. It makes me thing TRR is all about money and pushing the bags out, hoping customers don't complain. After I spend my credit, it will take a lot to make me do business with them again.

I was able to get a refund on a bag that was described as "excellent with no visible marks" and yet when I received it, the interior was covered with pen marks. I was admittedly skeptical based on their reputation, so I took screenshots of the listing and photos prior to purchase. I sent those pictures along with my pictures of actual bag requesting a refund. I did get a full refund and a return shipping label.

P.S. They relisted the bag with same description, so sadly someone else probably got burned.

sad but possibly if the price was right, someone else wouldn't be bothered by pen marks. still should be disclosed in listing.

Agree 100%. I admit to being very picky, so yes, the marks would have made me crazy. It was a good price, but not great!
the only time I recall returning a bag was one that was the wrong size
I have one that has a noticeable (to me) flaw but she did disclose it (after someone asked) and the price was low.

I got really lucky with my first purchase with them. I picked up a vintage celine bag and it honestly matched the photos AND came with the original dust bag.

I was holding my breath although the bag was a low price, I wouldve been pissed if it wasnt described.

I would stick with Fashionphile forsure.
