Sometime between an F stamp in a square (2002) and an N stamp in a square (2010), Hermès have quietly redesigned the Plume Document Carrier to be more aligned with the Plume 24H and Plume Fourre-Tout, rather than the smaller Plume handbags. Shown below are comparisons between a rouge H box Plume Doc (2002) and a gold swift Plume doc (2010).
1. The diamond tab that attaches the handle to the body has been made bigger, and the handles a bit thicker:
