Hi NewAddict, nice to "see" you back!! What's new? LOL!
Hi, NS!!!!! I'm still trying to stick to a ban... been trying for about a year now... What is it that they say? Progress, not perfection? LOL!!!

:ban:

I can imagine! I haven't purchased anything for myself since the March bracelet promo and I'm going through withdrawals! Waiting on my income tax refund to arrive so I can treat myself to a few new things.
Oh, fun! Do you have a wish list? What are you hoping to get when you get your return? Did you post a picture? Sorry if I missed it... I can to back if you have one! Let me know the page it's on if you do! :useless:

You know, I do have a wish list. Trouble is, it's so expansive I have difficulty deciding what to get next! These are a few things I really want:
-money bag charm (I work in financial services industry)
-retired cell phone charm (Kinda doubles as a career related charm but I'm also a cell phone junky)
-retired pisces bead
-cup of tea/coffee (one of my vices)
-camera (I love to take photos)

I'm anxious to fill my first bracelet so I can begin the next.

I'm a little sad the bracelet designer doesn't have the looking glass charms tho.

You can get two versions I think. The older ones move about and probably only really work when your bracelet is full of charms to hold it in place, but I have seen one where they clip on. A safety chain looks nice. I don't have one though.

I think if there are too many charms and they bunch up together, that will possibly make them stretch because the charms are forcing the bracelet to make room to accommodate them.

I wonder why Mother's Day and Father's day are on different days depending what country you live in. Father's Day is in June in the UK.

About everyone in the UK has a Pandora. It's by far the most popular charm bracelet. It doesn't matter what age they are, they have one, and it looks good too! Links of London friendship bracelets are kind of popular in the UK. Have you seen them before? : )

Father's day is in June as well in Canada and the US. Weird how mother's day doesn't match. I am just looking forward to the next holiday, which would be Victoria Day in May (in Canada). We tend to refer to it as May 2-4 weekend as its traditionally the opening of cottages and an excuse to party and celebrate the start of summer season. That sounds so bad now that I'm writing it out. Obviously there are celebrations relating to the Queen too.

I'm having thee hardest time trying to figure out which bracelet I want to start next. Can someone help me? lol Here are my thoughts:
-A motherhood bracelet. I have three children and each section could be devoted to a diffeent child. I would probably use the white looking glass muranos and the only color in the bracelet would be from the birthstone charms (June=Grey, September=Blue, October=Pink).
-Teal bracelet. I really just LOVE this color. The new looking glass muranos definitely are adding to the teal desire because they look so beautiful in person.
-Alma Mater bracelet. I attended college at Florida State and I really would like to do a bracelet that honors that. The colors are garnet and gold and I think I could probably really drive home the theme with the text book charms, the palm tree two-tone, the football helmet, football, etc.

I'm so confused! So many ideas and so little money! haha

I would just say eventually do all of them, lol. I have two on the go, but they aren't complete. Works in progress : )

Great ideas for bracelets

Yes, I did , thank you! Unfortunately I didn't have a dime to spare, so my Pandora purchases are going to have to wait for awhile. But I am so excited that we finally have a Pandora concept store near me!
All I need now is a Trollbeads store and a Lululemon store and I am set! :)

They sometimes do Lulemon warehouse sales here and it's sheer pandamonium, but I could understand given the markdowns. Apparently the pants do wonders for your butt ; )

Sorry, trying to download a pic of the new British double decker bus charm......

Here it is, straight from Facebook Pandora.......(its not my bead, just found the photo!!!)

Thank you! I just started Pandora in January and I'm already so addicted. I don't really know what I'm doing but it's still so much fun! Hopefully my next bracelet will look a lot more professional.

My mom only has two charms on her bracelet right now (green birthstone and a religious charm), which she reminds of nearly every time we talk on the phone. I'm hoping to get her 1 or 2 more silver charms to add to the muranos for her Mothers Day gift.

I just started in March, and I know what you mean, I'm totally addicted too! You're mom is lucky to have such a nice daughter. Can I adopt you? :)
