Happy holidays! One question for lovely ladies: during the promotion , usually limit one per person or I can have some transactions and get one free bracelet for each? I am sorry for being so greedy.

I got the bangle and the Christmas tree charm for Christmas. Yay. Tried to go to the sale today but people were queuing up on the street to get in the store and I couldn't be bothered
i went onto Facebook, and there seems to be alot of upset people wondering why they did the bracelet promo AFTER the holidays...
i work at Pandora, I just found out the other day myself, my store apparently had no idea either... though we are participating in the promo!

I was in a Pandora store today and they didn't have the charm I was looking for in stock. I used my gift card instead towards the Birthday Bloom earrings in the lapis blue (Sept. - even though I'm a July birthday). I liked them much better in person (compared to online images).
I went in today to my jeweler's, had to exchange a duplicate charm that hubby bought. I got the carriage charm and a cleaning cloth and a free bracelet. I got an oxidized one. They had to order it for me. My store said they got notice this morning about this gwp. My original is the triple smooth leather turquoise. My bracelet is looking so pretty and heavy.
I think Pandora screwed up big time not only with the timing of this promo, but also the fact that they did not make it blatantly obvious with all of their Facebook posts advertising the promo that not all stores would be participating. If you read through the posts on their Facebook page there are A LOT of unhappy people (including myself). They are going to have to do some major PR cleanup after this failed marketing ploy.

It really depends on the store, but with this promo, it will be less likely because from what I hear, none of the stores were able to prepare for this promotion by stocking up on bracelets. So, their supplies are limited.
