Stockists can't ship outside of the country, the jewel but do ship other stock outside the UK, but not pandora. The pink enamel present is available everywhere except North America I think.

Anyone know where I can get clear silicone o-rings? I don't like any of the current clips available so I am using small black o-rings I found at Ace Hardware.. But they didn't have clear ones 
They are, they're an authorised dealer. But this does mean that they won't ship pandora out of the country as they would lose their authorisation, its the same with all authorsied dealers no matter which country. You must have slipped through the net!

Loads on eBay, just search silicone bead stoppers or similar.
I had to get a new bracelet today, the other one I wasnt able to get charms on it.
I got the same thing, turquoise tripple leather. I also got enamel santa, snake, and carousel charm. The madness begins.

Oh I didn't know that, I just found the website, ordered and payed through paypal, I ordered some sunglasses from the UK a couple of years ago from Oliver Goldsmith so I figured it was the same, didn't know there were rules like that, I have seen some of the pink present beads on ebay but I really don't like buying there as I am worried about fake items so I wanted to see if I could order from a jeweler
