No, the fact that they move put me off a little ! i rather hoped they would stay put.. The Solaris were not so bad but maybe i need to broaden my sights as to which ones i want. I will go back to the lady that helped me in the first place and see what she suggests
I think i also may hold out on clips until
A. The offer mentioned in a previous post is available as i do want a bag charm
B. Until i have the Birds and Branches charm and the green murano charms

Im in no rush but i cant wait until this bracelet softens, its driving me mad and looks a slightly odd oval shape, like its breaking itself in.

Its exciting but hard work this charm malarkey.
Aw, I thought you might have liked the new rigid look. One side can soften sooner than the other side
Yeah the clips can wait really. I did not get mine until quite late on.

Just spent a good part of the last hour cleaning! I'll need to take off all of the charms at some point for a more thorough clean, but at least it's now wearable :D

It's not the first time that I've not worn the bracelet for a while only to find it tarnished, though it's never been as bad as this. I'll try storing it in a non Pandora box next time to see if that makes any difference.

Before (I'd already started cleaning the clasp):

Several cleaning cloths and a lot of elbow grease later...

Here's hoping it won't tarnish so quickly again! :sweatdrop:

Take it into pandora to do free of charge xxx

Are these more rigid bracelts new ? I have been sleeping in mine to to aid the wearing in.
A few more charms and i probably wont mind them moving, the three just look lost at the moment. I may go and get the Teapot tomorrow - represents a time when we used to have afternoon tea every Saturday !

Wow, you musn't have worn it for months?!

For about 6 months ish. Strange thing is, none of the other silver bracelets (Tiffany, Thomas Sabo, Links of London) stored in the same drawer had tarnished, so I wonder whether it could be Pandora's box not being as airtight as other designers' or if it's because of the silver they use.

I'll try storing it in a different box next time.

Thanks Kelly.

May I ask how you found out about the upcoming UK promotion?

Here are my modest beginnings...I started the other way around with the bangle, which I absolutely adore, but I really want the bracelet now. That's why I'm keen to hold off big purchases until a promotion, but I am so impatient that I don't know how long I'll be able to wait...

Can anyone advise how to reply directly to a post on this forum? Is this a feature that gets enabled the more you use the forum or am I missing something??

And the last one...

I really wanted clips and got the little rubber inserts for them to fit them to my bangle, but now I quite like the way the beads move and rattle Just need more charms!

Yes you have to post so many posts before you can directly reply. I think you are very close now. Cannot quite remember how many.

Not sure why some are more rigid. Strange.

Pandora boxes are NOT tarnish-resistant.....so it is NOT recommended to store them in one. Actually the best way to store a silver bracelet is in a ziplock plastic bag so air doesn't get in to oxidize the metal.
