Oh yes I have received charms from perlen with minor tiny scratches and that's no problem but when I receive a charm with the 925 marking is half faded and a million scratches on it, then I expect that when I ship it back to them to receive a new one or get my money back. Really disappointed with the lame excuse from Tinay saying that I should just buff out the scratches. How am I supposed to buff back 925 marking on it when it's half gone.

Anyone ever have a problem with the clasp? It used to snap closed not anymore. I went to ware it a few weeks ago and it opened on my wrist! Thank god I was home and have a safety. I haven't taken it to the Jewler yet just wondering if there's a new clasp since I got mine years ago. I think it's too good to be true. You will find that websites that sell fake items won't supply their contact details and will only ask you to email them if you need to get in touch. This is why I always view to see of they have a proper contact address and telephone number, and if they don't, chances are they sell fakes.

It looks like you have the original clasp which I have and I had a problem with this clasp. The shop offered to send it back to Pandora and wanted to charge me £35!! I demanded that they give me the new clasp bracelet which they had. They had sold me the old style clasp knowing full well that they had the new version clasp. They clearly wanted to sell off their old stock. This was years ago and I didn't know any better. In the end they wouldn't and I had to buy a new bracelet.

It would seem that the flap bit in the middle of the clasp needs pushing down a little so it will snap into place when shut together.

I agree with you. I think Perlen should have sent you another ghost charm and reinburst you for the shipping fee.

Yes I received another one that's worst than the one that was sent me (the entire 925 marking is GONE!!!!! WTF) . Very frustrating in dealing with Perlen, Plus I asked the postal office to send by cheapest way to Denmark which you can find on the canada post website and Tina (perlen) had the nerve to say that shipping should have been cheaper. Well if shipping was cheaper then I would have shipped it in a letter. Geez Perlen and Tina sucks and I will never order from them again. No wonder Pandora has stopped partnering with them, and had issues with Perlen.

Has anyone bought and worn the new pandora bangle yet?
One of my friends bought one and it turned green when she got into the swimming pool.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
I was curious, because I like the bangle concept, but do not want to spend the money on something that will be easily damaged :[

I can't wait for the autumn charms. Anyone know when the next promo is for a free sterling bracelet? Gave one to a friend so I need another

I want both birds of feather charm, swan embrace, mermaid, pixie, vino, and maybe the peacock. Not sure of that one. They're so pretty.

Next promo should be in September. Charms Addict had all that info too! I can't wait!
