Maybe he's buying them abroad? Here in Holland retired charms aren't that expensive too, so maybe he has family or friends sending it to him? You could ask him.

This is my new bracelet, I got 7.1 based on the thumb rule. Do you guys think I should go up to a 7.5? I am worried that if it stretches 7.5 will be too big and it will bug me.

Talking about the retired ones, I found a few German online shops are the best. I got the retired swan, elephant and fish recently from them. Hi there! If you want to add more charms to the bracelet, I guess 7.5 will be better, because with your current charms, it is quite fit already.
I put the pictures in the photo album here, every time I open a picture, it has a URL link at bottom of the page, I used that for inserting image, and I uploaded them using the PC but not my mobile or tablet. It is so weird that I can see the pictures myself but not anyone else. Really do not know what was wrong!
I definitely want to add more. I wish I could try on a full one that has already been stretched. I heard they can stretch quite a bit and 7.5 is already so loose on me and hangs down more than I like my bracelets to hang. If it were to stretch even more I don't know how I would like it. I'm so confused lol
The only picture that I thought showed the correct size on your wrist was the last picture, the rest looked like the bracelet was a touch too small, but maybe it was just the angle of the camera........that being said, I still think I would steer clear of a larger bracelet.... if you are planning on adding to you bracelet, the weight of the additional beads will slowly stretch it a bit and then you should be fine.
I had a preworn 9.1 that was big but I thought it was perfect because it was love even when full. I decided to try a new 8.3 and my charms filled it up and it was stiff, I was worried it was too small. Now, after over a month it has loosened and is perfect. I'd stick with what you have and let it loosen naturally!
It has some space but it's pretty stiff it fits like an oval right now. I need to add some clips asap. I guess worst case scenario would be if it doesn't stretch enough I can eventually give it to my 15 yr old and just get a new one for my charms.
Before you decide to follow that road you might want to check if your daughter has smaller wrists. Because my daugther has the same size as I have and she's twelve. I also wanted to say: I haven't been wearing Pandora for a really long time, just 6 months but my bracelet's haven't stretched yet. I don't want them to stretch so I always make sure that the charms aren't to thight and than it stays pretty stiff, not as stiff as in the beginning but absolutly oval shaped. I would go for the 7.5 if I were you, but can't you ask in the store if they would be willing to fill it for a minute to see wich size you need? You can ask anything if you ask nicely

I can't quite tell from the pictures - in all of them but the last it looks kind of tight. Can you fit two fingers comfortably between the bracelet and your wrist? If not, you should go up a size. If you're planning on adding a lot of muranos, you'll need a looser fit as well.
