I know, it's pretty hard to go past the good prices, especially since when I started with all this I found out that Pandora never has a sale. :graucho:Well, I guess that's true for the Concept stores, but not smaller jewellers that stock Pandora, or the online jewellers. You're not ''sad'', it does feel good! Who wants to pay retail? I have a good friend who never shops around (I mean shopping in general) and nearly always pays full retail price and I think he's stupid. With so many things on sale regularly and online options it's crazy.
LOL about your partner. I think mine has finally given in too :)

I think some people think its just easier going to the store. I'm just glad I found this site and read about Perlen! I haven't bought anything since the March promo and I'm trying to be good : )

I'm a big cat lover too, Tabitha, and I definitely want that new cat charm. I don't have any on my bracelet. I wasn't too crazy about the ones they have now and was going to buy a non-Pandora cat charm that I found. But now that they're releasing this new one, I want it.

Drool...........speaking of drool :) Yesterday I was at the jewelry store and the SA was showing me some of these charms you have on your bracelet. I'm sure they had to use a squeegie to clean up the glass counter after I left.

Beautiful! :)

Oh, and speaking of beautiful, has anyone seen the coral looking glass murano? I'd only seen it in the catalog but saw it yesterday at the store. It's very bright but oh so gorgeous. I can just imagine it on a black leather bracelet. I was going to go purple & silver for my 2nd bracelet, or maybe 2 tone, but now that I've seen that coral murano, I'm not sure.
Have you bought your safety chain yet?:yahoo: Maybe you could stretch to the silver and gold heart safety chain from Perlen - wish I did at that price but I still love my raindrop safety chain!:happydance:

This is a question for you ladies who have both a leather and a silver/gold bracelet on here. When you plan to wear them together on the same wrist, are your bracelets the same length? Will it look silly if the leather bracelet is smaller (length wise) than the silver or should they roughly be the same length?:smile1:

Also, which colours in the leather have people found most popular and adaptable with charms?:hugs:

Thanks, I haven't bought it yet so I'll definitely check out the heart one. I do like the raindrop a lot though. So have you found that the safety chain stays on the threads, or does it move about some?

This is an updated pic of my bracelet. Since I store my ring in the same box, I left it in the pic. Still pondering on the arrangement though. Instead of the S clips, I want to get a safety chain.

I'm actually wearing my double leather and silver bracelet today. My bracelets are about the same length (7.1inches for silver, 13.8inches or 6.9inches doubled-up for leather), although the leather does look smaller because there are only a few charms on it. Here are my bracelets worn together.

My bracelet is full so it pretty much stays on the thread. I have spread out my charms so there's just enough space for the safety chain. You need all the thread and some space on the ends of the bracelet itself for the safety chain, so at least one charm space on either side. x

You should definitely get the safety chain to replace the s clips -you won't regret it. You may need a very small spacer on either side of the bracelet too, to fill in any gaps.

Very pretty. So my wrist is about 16cm, would I go for the 17.5cm or the 19cm leather - I only plan to have a few charms on it?x

I just completed my first silver bracelet! What was supposed to be a 3-4 month long project turned into 6 weeks because I couldn't stop buying charms. :p So now I'm banning myself from buying Pandora until the next free bracelet promo. I already have plans for a bracelet theme illustrating my daughters. But in the meantime I may get some purple and pink beads to switch out the blue ones when I'm in the mood for another color. Okay, so maybe that's not really a ban, lol!

My wrist is also 16cm and my double leather is equivalent to the 17.5cm, so I'd go for that. But I also like my bracelets a little on the tighter side. I usually have 3-5 charms on my leather and I find it comfortable, but it's definitely not loose.

Thanks so much, I think you're right, and that's a great idea to get small spacers.

When I rearranged my bracelet, I kept one of the muranos in the middle section and I think it probably should be on the other side of the clip. If I do that, I'm not sure I'll have room for spacers, but definitely should for the safety chain. Thanks! :)
