Also, I think the medal should have gold, silver and bronze (or similar) on it. Oh well. They should invite more people to help design the charms!

Yes, apparently it's just like the gold one. Insulting? I don't think so, the gold crown is one of the most expensive & most wanted.I think it's nice they can bring out a silver one so more people can afford it. It's a very fitting charm.Can't really think what else they could of come up with tbh?

I am 99.9999% sure it's real. But the nut in me needs to know that it's 100% real. I'm going to try to get to the Pandora store tomorrow and I'll ask them. Plus I want to see a few charms to see how they'd look on my bracelet before I order them. There are 9 charms I want that will complete my bracelet. Yeah, when I got it in March, I was going to only get charms as gifts on special occasions. Yeah, didn't that work well now? LOLWoo hoo, just got a full refund in my Paypal account from the 2 ebay charms I returned!!

It's been awhile since I've posted, but am always lurking to see what's going on. Lots of newer 2012 posters *hi* and a big shout out to SG, NA, NS, Pan15 and everyone else.
My thoughts on the crown: I agree with SG that it's a bit of an insult to produce a commemorative charm using cz's rather than diamonds, however, I also agree with Aprilshack that it makes sense to produce a mass market piece that is accessible and will likely sell like crazy! I want one

I can't go back three months and multi-quote, but here are a few comments on bracelets (of the posters I "know" - cannot remember everyone else's name - sorry!!) - but there have been some lovely new creations this year from everyone

Anyhow, I've redone my initial pink bracelet, almost finished a 4th which is black/silver (inspired by the black/white swirl on NA's bracelet - but I only got 1 of them), I have most of my 2 tones on a pipe cleaner (
thanks to Pan15 for that idea), and I still have my white one intact.
Also purchased my first ring (mother's day gift from daughter even though I picked it out and paid for it - lol) and.........I just picked up the multi-station bracelet (birthday pressie for me from me - haha). I have a lot of new clips this year but I actually like that bracelet with just one on it....
Yes, I've been a busy girl this year too.....and I finally placed my first order with Perlen.......thanks so much for that info everyone.....they've shipped it and I am waiting eagerly for my 6 new pieces

Here's the beginning of my 2012 black/white bracelet inspired by NA's black/white swirlies:
I removed all the pieces from my leather, got a new bracelet in the Feb promo, added a few new beads, and voila! A new creation. I wanted a permanent home for my beloved chicken and this bracelet only came into being as a direct result of this forum! Thanks to all you like-minded pandora addicts....we are in this together

Great so I need the crown now too when it comes out *sigh* Why Pandora when I really badly need to save money do you start coming out with things I need to own! I do wish they would make it two tone though because it would fit my bracelet better!
