hi all. I don't normally post here so I'm worry if this has been talked about before. I just need to ask if anyone has problems polishing up the silver charms?? I have some that are 2 years old but I never wear them because after a few wears they go BLACK. I have used silver polish cloths, jewelry cleaners and all but nothing gets them shiny. it's so strange. I have Tiffany silver I have worn every day for 3 years and I don't even need to polish it because Its fine. I've never had this problem with silver before. and btw I got them all from the pandora store so they are not fake lol.

Some Pandora charms are oxidized and are meant to be dark in some areas of the bead to better show contrast. Could that be what you are referring to??

I went camping once with my brother and sister in law. We were in tents, and he actually got another tent, brought a nightstand, a tv, and paid for cable to the site. He stayed in the tent with the cable tv and a big fan plugged in like the entire time! That's roughing it? LOL!

OMG, too funny!!! I haven't been camping in more years than I care to remember. Let's just say back then, there were no blow up mattresses or any other amenities :)

i have just bought a standard silver bracelet the other week so i can play about with it rather than my 2 tone.
so i currenly have 3 purple swirl muranos and 2 purple ladybugs along with some pink beads such as the rhodolite heart and pink glittery hearts etc.
but i have just bought another 6 muranos 4 of them pink and 2 white i just want to play about with themes so i have a choice.
Ooh sounds lovely. I bet your bracelet will look fab when it's all arranged.

Once you have done what Coconkally has sugested you should get yourself a Connoisseurs polishing cloth as it's great for keeping the charms shiny.

Re: Lariats
First I tried this, but it was too hard to do up. This is using 2 cotton strings.

Then, I ended up with this one, which I wore for a day....

Somehow I end up just using them as a necklace. Just put it on, then tie a knot at the back to adjust the length (it's at the top right of the picture), will see if I have a better one....BTW, these are my 4 bracelets: 1 silver, 1 2-tone, 1 oxidised silver, one gold. :D

Those look really nice! I have a black cloth lariat, but I'm all thumbs when it comes trying to do anything creative with it, so it just sits in my jewelry box.

Hi Ladies,
These bracelets belongs to someone on facebook. I enjoyed looking at it. I hope I am allowed to post this. It is so pretty.
Wow this picture is great - all the bracelets are lovely. Do you think she works at Pandora and is promoting the bracelet or do you think they are all really hers? For what she has, she could have a got a gold bracelet instead.

Hi Tia,
I think it may be the fact that you're not wearing them that makes them tarnish more. If you have a Pandora store near you, they should clean them for free. There's something in the air that makes silver tarnish (sulphur dioxide I think). Moisture can also cause tarnishing. I have put some of those little absorbing packets in the box with my bracelet that come with electronics usually. Also, storing your silver in a zip lock bag is supposed to help.
