I pre-ordered a suede mini lady bag, which should come in November. Even though I have the saffiano large lady bag, I'm excited to own a smaller one and in a different material. :smile1:

I have been checking ever since and it's still available but via pre-order for shipment in March.

For reference, I am 5'8 and love both of these. I am thinking of getting the regular Lady bag now with the saffiano leather for comparison but that won't ship until March.

Keeper yes? Or do you guys think it is too small? Loving the lady bag though I am quite surprised myself at how great it looks in person.

Barneys is great. I mailed two boxes back for return on Tuesday. They received both on Friday (I think Fedex picks up the packages from USPS, so I tracked on the Fedex site) and already emailed the return confirmation for one of them. Usually the cc refund comes a few days after the email.

Hey! I am happy to report that my Barneysreturn went smooth too! Yay! :p

I received return confirmation the day the package delivered to BarneysNJ warehouse...and my cc was credited on Thursday.

Thanks for posting to my earlier message--it definitely made me feel less anxious about the transaction!;)

That's awesome! They also accept returns in store even if it's an online order. It doesn't say on the back of the packaging slip/return slip. But I called their customer service and asked, and she said they totally do that. I went in the same day and the process was a breeze!

Got to finally use my new Lady Bag in saffiano black/flamma yesterday! The straps are still a bit stiff, but I hope in time they'll bend a bit more. The drawstrings also seem to have a mind of their own. Lol.

I am glad they figured out the in store returns of online purchases. I returned an online purchase a couple of years ago and they could not get it to work. The poor store manager finally did a manual return and just gave me cash...which worked out because I was in Vegas.

Yikes! Good to hear they were at least able to work something out with you. I find Barney's is quite good with their customer service!

I haven't carried a laptop in mine yet, but out of curiosity, I tried my 13" Macbook Pro and it fits! So I'm sure an 11" laptop will fit just fine. My MBP is in a case as well, and I'm pleasantly surprised it fits just right. It's a bit heavy, but the saffiano leather seems to be sturdy enough to carry it around.
