Is that black/royal? If so, we are bag twins! (Is that shawl Ex Libris en Kimono?)

And I can fit an iPad Air 2 in my mini. Was quite surprised! That's with a huge wallet, sunglasses, small makeup bag, change purse and a few other bits and bobs. It holds way more than I thought it would.

Almost twins! It's a Blu/Royal calf (a BG exclusive) and the shawl is "Collections Imperiales".

These bags hold a ton, don't they? It can be a b*tch to find stuff though even with my organizer. :p

open my package. I was in complete shock by how they packaged the bag. It was even wrapped in their marble prints papers and they couldn't bother to check on it before sending it out to their customers? smh!!

Omg this is terrible!! What were they thinking?!! I am shocked as well! [emoji33] I'm so sorry about this and hopefully you can get a new bag.
 
Wow, that is terrible! I ordered a Saint Laurent bag from them and it was perfectly wrapped with stuffing and even tissue paper on the strap.
I would definitely let them know that is not good:(

That is ridiculous, what were they thinking?? Did they try to stuff it in a box that was too flat?

I'm sorry this happened to you. Even if you send it back at no expense and got a full refund, it is still disappointing to be out of a bag that you waited months for.
 
Wow, that's ridiculous!! I'm sorry to see this. Hopefully they can make things right with you by refunding your money (including return ship), and guaranteeing you a bag in their next restock.

I ordered a bag from them that came perfectly packaged. No excuse....

Thanks everyone for the input, I have already contacted them and I will be returning the bag for a refund, but they do not have anymore at the moment :-\
 
Oh dear. If they don't have a replacement or while you wait to hear, stuff the bag and it should return to its original shape. MG used to ship all their bags in less than ideal conditions and there were lots of bags that arrived similarly. I think they introduced the pink box in response to so many complaints. Still, that's not the way you want your bag to arrive! How disappointing. I wish you luck in whatever path you take to correct it.
