Why do they make them play on Christmas Day? Like really? They can't move the game to December 26 or something? That's just mean. They're athletes, not doctors, it's not necessary to make them work on Christmas. SMH

HA! Do you realize how many ppl work Christmas day??? From police, to bus drivers, and even Walgreens cashiers. BB players make more than all of them, so let them work.

Um, yes. Police officers and bus drivers are mandatory professions. They need to be around at all times. B-ball players are not important to the functioning of our society. I don't understand why they need to schedule the game on Christmas Day.

Because the games sell out. It's about $$. Folks pay a lot to see them play, so they do. With all the money they have, they could celebrate anytime---if they even celebrate, because not everyone does...
